“As an artist, I pay attention to how people move through the world—what surrounds them, what affects them, and how they physically engage with their environment. Printmaking becomes my way of holding onto time. It resists speed. It asks for presence, it’s a slow process that takes time to achieve results. The repetition, pressure, and layering involved in printmaking mirror the way memory and experience accumulate over time. Through that process, I try to create work that invites others to pause and look more closely.”
